Price of goods and services
The selling price is publicly listed for each good or service on the platform and is calculated in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
In case the goods or services have multiple options regarding type, specification, quantity, validity period or package, the corresponding price will be displayed for you to select before ordering.
Package prices are confirmed when you purchase a package. For prepaid API usage, a top-up adds to your VND balance; usage charges follow the model, billing unit and price applied by the system when processing the request. Topping up does not lock model prices for later requests.
In case of a promotion, the price, duration and conditions of application will be disclosed before you place the order.
Tax
The listed price reflects the applicable tax (including VAT when required by law and when subject to declaration and payment) in accordance with legal regulations; specific information is displayed before you confirm the order.
Additional fees
API services are provided online. Any additional fees for API services are displayed or communicated before you confirm the transaction.
We do not collect any costs that have not been disclosed or confirmed by you.
Usage discount promotion conditions
Daily offer: for eligible accounts, each complete VND 200,000 of paid standard top-ups within the day adds one percentage point to the usage discount. An incomplete step adds no discount. This offer resets at 00:00 the following day, Vietnam time; it is not wallet credit. Accounts with a custom top-up bonus are excluded from the daily offer.
Lifetime offer: eligible accounts must reach a lifetime top-up milestone and actively claim rewards in Missions, in order. The first milestones are VND 10 million, 25 million, 45 million and 70 million; each successful claim adds one percentage point to the lifetime discount, subject to programme limits. Reaching a milestone does not automatically claim its reward.
Applicable daily, lifetime and account-role usage discounts are added together, capped at 25%. Each offer keeps its own expiry and conditions; check your actual discount and reward milestones in your account before use.
First standard top-up bonus conditions
The trial top-up is a separate programme: it does not count as this standard top-up and does not receive the ordinary first top-up bonus. The ordinary first top-up bonus cannot be combined with a referral-link first deposit bonus; accounts that have received either bonus cannot receive the ordinary first top-up bonus again.
Accounts with a custom top-up bonus follow their separate programme. On dealer websites, the first top-up bonus rate, cap or availability may differ according to each website’s settings. Check your actual eligibility and benefits on the Top up page before confirming.
The first top-up bonus is wallet credit, separate from the usage discounts described above.
